With MAXISTAB™ SD-7 and MAXISTAB™ SV-9, SAFECHEM offers an innovative two-component stabilisation process combining sump and volatile stabilisation. MAXISTAB™ SD-7 is a sump stabilizer that is added to the cleaning system through the distillation unit where it acts and
remains. MAXISTAB™ SV-9 is volatile and therefore effective throughout the entire cleaning system. The dosed use of the stabilizer system allows a stable, process-safe alkalinity and thus
a long service life of plant and solvent. With this innovation, it is now possible to clean off even highly chlorinated oils with the DOWCLENE™* 16 Series in a process-safe manner.
