Winners of the 3rd Advanced Manufacturing Awards: recognising excellence and innovation in industry
Madrid, November 25, 2024. Advanced Manufacturing Madrid, the leading event in industrial innovation held at IFEMA and organized by Easyfairs, hosted the award ceremony for the third edition of the Advanced Manufacturing Awards.
A total of seven innovative projects were awarded in various categories, further establishing this event as a benchmark for promoting technological excellence and sustainability in the manufacturing sector.
The winners of the Advanced Manufacturing Awards 2024 were:
- Best Product Design Innovation: Eurecat – Púlsar
- Best Technology in the Production Process: Industrias Alegre – Innovation in the battery module manufacturing process
- Best Composite Manufacturing Technology: Aldakin – Robotic system for safe and precise machining of composite materials
- Best Automation and Robotic Integration: Leioa Hospitality School – Robotics in gastronomy
- Best Product Testing and Quality Control: MESBook – GAZC: Digital APQP applied to machining sector
- Best Connected Production Chain: ABB – T702 Visual SLAM and AMR Studio
- Best Sustainable Project: HRE Hidraulic – Becold
During the award ceremony, hosted by technology journalist Mónica Valle, Oscar Barranco, General Director of Easyfairs Iberia, not only congratulated the seven winning companies but also highlighted the work of all the companies that presented their projects. “Regardless of whether you were nominated or won, the truth is that, thanks to your entrepreneurship and innovation, our industry is getting closer each day to the forefront of sustainability, connectivity, digitalization, optimization, and, ultimately, to the cutting edge of business efficiency that our industrial fabric needs,” he acknowledged.
Barranco also thanked the commitment of the jury, sponsors Emka and Carburos Metálicos, and Ineo for designing and producing the trophies that reflect the new branding of Advanced Manufacturing.
A Memorable Edition
In its 16th anniversary, Advanced Manufacturing Madrid brought together more than 620 exhibitors with over 680 brands represented and more than 13,500 visitors, further solidifying its position as a key event for industrial transformation. In addition to the awards, the event offered technical sessions, specialized forums, and guided tours, providing a unique space for innovation and strategic networking.
