Challenges and Objectives:
The company faced constant growth and the need to incorporate new references, which represented great challenges for its supply chain and distribution processes. The main objective was to redesign and optimize these processes from a Lean perspective of Continuous Improvement, improving productivity in warehouse areas and ensuring efficient traceability, as well as rapid adaptation to new references.

– Process Study and Optimal Design: A detailed analysis of existing warehouse processes was carried out, integrating Lay-Out designs adapted to operational growth.
– Automation and Waste Elimination: The company adapted automation options and eliminated unnecessary processes in Picking.
– Implementation of 5S Strategies: These strategies helped consolidate the implementation of new designs, improving the general quality of the service.
