We present the new Accuride range of linear motion friction guides, the DFG115. More resistant and economical than conventional systems, they are the perfect solution for the most demanding automation systems.

The friction guides are based on smooth contact surface technology to replace the ball bearings. This reduces its weight and considerably lengthens its useful life (10,000 km tested) and resistance. Its ultra-low wear and the absence of lubrication mean that these guides do not need maintenance, in addition to providing protection against dirt and dust.

Its robust construction and hardened adonized aluminum tracks make them suitable for use in hostile and corrosive environments, and can be installed in applications exposed to high pressure washes. Their design allows them a silent and vibration resistant operation even with heavy loads; The DGF115 can be used in any orientation, since they have been manufactured to give maximum performance on the Y and Z axes equally.

Capable of supporting a maximum speed of 2m / s and the possibility of overcoming it, the easy union between tracks allows you to create infinite stretches just by adding them. Available in three versions, the non-adjustable option is the most competitive, while the manually adjustable guide allows you to create the perfect slack for every occasion. For its part, the automatic version will adjust the friction elements by itself and maintain them throughout their useful life.
