The new Southco E5-6 adjustable are the latest expansion of the successful E5 Series of cam closures. This new adjustable thickness version allows them to adapt to a multitude of applications just by modifying the depth of their ratchet.
With up to 11.5 mm of grip range, these closures offer a secure and secure fixation in any thickness. Thus, the new E5 offer a great flexibility compensating tolerances of the sheet for greater sealing and security. In combination with their joint they provide an IP65 / NEMA 4 against water and dust, which makes them perfect for both indoor and outdoor applications.
For its part, its different ratchet options facilitate the closing action and provide up to 1mm of additional compression. In addition, the plastic lid reduces the noise caused by vibration in applications exposed to rattle and prevents scratches on the sheet. With the same installation dimensions as the entire Southco E5 Series, the new closures can be purchased as a complete set or disassembled for greater versatility.
