The VIC RAIL® system is a closed running rail supplied in three
different formats:
• VIC RAIL® 125, in bars up to 6 m long.
• VIC RAIL® 195, in bars up to 8 m long.
• VIC RAIL® 195R, in bars up to 9 m long.
This rail model is designed for overhead suspension of light
and medium weight loads, up to 2.000 kg, depending on the
rail model.
The raw material used is cold rolled steel section, S235JR
quality and welded with an automated welding cell to
guarantee rigidity, quality and the maximum repeatability in
manufacturing.
The calculation system used is in accordance with UNE-EN-
13001 standard. The deformation is lower than 1/350 of the
distance between the two suspended ends, measured with the
nominal load.
All VIC RAIL® suspension systems are supplied with the
corresponding safety cables, to secure the installation.
The VIC RAIL® system enables loads to be moved with effort of
1 to 2% of the total suspended load.
