Your responsibilities
Establishing long-term customer relationships, reacting immediately to issues and demonstrating in-depth technical knowledge of products and solutions.
Using your knowledge of customers’ needs and ABB’s solutions to determine effective specific solutions for customers installed base.
Working with marketing and other departments to prepare sales plans and bids, ensuring technical and financial accuracy. Preparing and reviewing sales plans and proposing recovery actions when needed (short term / long term).
Working with the wider sales team to identify and develop new market opportunities.
Actively promoting ABB’s service products and solutions deploy marketing activities together with Product Management team.
Monitoring customer and market trends along with the marketing team to develop effective marketing activities.
Understanding digitalization technologies and Industry 4.0 applications in the general industry market.
Your background
More than 2 years of experience in sales.
Sound knowledge of drives and motors technology and its industrial applications, as well as the industrial aftersales market.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, standard quotation platforms and standard customer relationship management software.
A proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
A Bachelor or Technical degree in Electrical/Electronics engineering.
Spanish native and fluent English language skills.
Current car driving license valid in Spain as well as specific Spanish work permit when required.
