Your responsibilities
Delivering End-to-End service value in a highly complex and diverse landscape including global and local services.
Ability to constantly increase the added value to the service provided and face global challenges on quality and speed of delivery.
IS point of escalation for business-critical incidents.
Manages relationships with country IS and division heads and Global IS SDM to provide status updates, resolve issues and manage expectations.
Support business-driven projects.
Support ABB and business strategy (e.g. M&A).
Provide input and approval for IS projects or changes for relevant geographical area and keep local stakeholders informed of such.
Face strategic challenges with rapidity and technical intuition.
Be compliant with internal and external regulations, policies, standards (SOX, InfoSec, Data Privacy, Data Protection, Export controls, license management, etc.).
Be prepared for change in the IS technology according to Digitalization Roadmap.
Ability to work and to challenge external vendors in full managed service configuration.
Your background
Master’s Degree in information management, computer systems, business engineering or similar.
10+ years’ experience in service delivery management or similar.
Strong in information management, computer systems, business engineering or similar.
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes.
Superior knowledge of IS technology, WAN, LAN Cloud etc.
Excellent experience to figure out business requirements and how to translate into technical IS capabilities and solutions.
A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish.
Resident in Spain with relevant work permit.
