Sorma presents the new HF535T carbide endmill specific for trochoidal milling and broadens its range of high-performance Osawa endmills for universal applications.
The HF535T has been developed for trochoidal milling and further broadens the HF EVOlution family of high-performance variable helix and unequal pitch end mills for universal mills. The new endmill features substrates, cutting edges, and coatings for high performances on all ISO P, M, K, and S materials.
The variable helix, unequal pitch, and different core diameter of HF535T allow minimizing vibrations even with high volumes of chip removed. The small corner radius limits chipping and promotes long tool life. The chipbreaker features optimized design for excellent chip evacuation.
The new HF535T are already available from D10 to D20.
