Cimatron CAD / CAM environment was designed with the mold, die and tooling industries in mind. Moldists, die makers and any production process can benefit from the new levels of speed and flexibility at all stages of the creation process.
Cimatron contains a set of 3D design tools that are easy to use and highly powerful. The unified solid-surface-wire environment allows the user to manipulate all types of imported files or to design all types of parts with the same ease of use. Through the modeling stage, Cimatron provides integrated tools that allow you to separate the part geometry, to find or make engineering changes or to detail all the elements of the project (mold, dies, tools, electrodes, etc.).
Cimatron performs machining from 2.5x axes to 5x axes (positioning and continuous) using high-speed milling, material surplus detection and automated templates that drastically reduce machining time.
