TRUMPF, a leader in the machine tool and laser technology industry, has officially opened its new headquarters in Torrejón de Ardoz (Madrid), marking a significant milestone in its 36-year history in Spain, where it employs more than 115 people. The company is not only celebrating the opening of a cutting-edge space, but also reinforcing its commitment to the metal industry in Spain, sustainability and technological innovation.

The new facility, with more than 10,000 square meters built and three floors high, is distinguished by its intelligent and responsible design, oriented towards energy efficiency, while incorporating an exclusive showroom where its advanced solutions for different applications and Smart Factory will be displayed.

A strategic investment in the industrial heart of Spain
The move to the new headquarters represents TRUMPF’s largest investment and strategic commitment since it began operations in Spain in 1988. “This is a decisive step to consolidate our presence and expand our influence in the European market. Spain not only offers a dynamic industrial environment but also undeniable growth potential,” says Juan Manuel Sánchez Mahón, general manager of TRUMPF Spain.

Unique showroom in Spain and a clear commitment to AI
The new TRUMPF Spain headquarters has a demonstration area where several of its most innovative solutions for bending, laser marking, additive manufacturing or Smart Factory solutions, among others, are displayed.

Innovation and sustainability: pillars of the new headquarters
TRUMPF has implemented policies aimed at optimizing the use of natural resources and minimizing environmental impact. This includes the implementation of photovoltaic panels that will cover up to 75% of the building’s energy demand, reducing dependence on conventional energy sources and decreasing the carbon footprint.
