Program VTracking

Program VTracking is a software that allows the traceability of the versions of CNC programs used for the machining of a part.
Sometimes, the programs designed from the technical office are sent to the machine and subsequently modified by the operators at the machine. In many cases, the changes made are not saved, thus losing the version of the program used in the machining process.
The input of the operator, who thanks to his experience and knowledge modifies the program when necessary, is not recorded. As a result, the modifications made to the program must sometimes be made again, which leads to a waste of time in carrying out a task that has already been carried out previously.
Program VTracking detects when changes are made to the program and saves the program in its program repository as a new version. This solution contributes to the fulfilment of the following objectives:
