Description

i-PAC 370 delivers 70 Amps and handles plates up to 25mm with a quality cut. If there are no special demands about the quality of the cut surface, the severance is up to 35mm.
The supply voltage is three-phase, 230/400 Volts, with auto-setting.
The machine needs 240 liters per minute of compressed air.

The cutting process is made easier by the multicolored graphic display. Select the material and thickness and it’s ready for cutting.
The plasma arc is ignited automatically by the pilot arc. This means longer service life of wear parts in the torch body.
Cutting in perforated or punched plates is possible due to the advanced technology that makes the machine switch between cutting arc and pilot arc.

The Gouging function is useful to remove lack of fusion in weld seam or to remove burrs from welded parts.

✓ Three options available: Cut / Cut on grid / Gouging
✓ Synergic cutting: According to the workpiece thickness and material, the machine sets the best cutting current and suggest the forward speed.
✓ List of consumables: Easily identification of the consumables needed to keep the torch always at top performance.
✓ Digital air pressure control It detects air flow and inhibits cutting operation if necessary.

The i-PAC 370 LAB plasma cutting can be connected to an automatic cutting torch and can be integrated with cutting pantographs.
