Description

EasyJob 525E LAB delivers 250 Amp direct current (DC). The power supply voltage is single-phase 230 Volt.
EasyJob 525E LAB has 4 welding processes available: MIG/MAG, FLUX, MMA and TIG LIFT.

In MIG/MAG and FLUX mode, theEasyJob 525E LAB is perfect for welding steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and for the use of wire for brazing.
The change of polarity allows you to use a NO GAS cored wire. The cored wire has a substance inside that provides gaseous protection, making welding very simple without the need for a gas cylinder, particularly when working outdoors.
The Synergic control is extremely effective. All the main welding parameters are connected and act in a combined way to obtain a welding quality usually found in more sophisticated products.
The control panel is very simple to facilitate use in synergic and manual modes. The machine is pre-installed with a standard package of over 20 programs. An SD card can be used to update the software.

The TIG LIFT welding process, using a torch with a tap to control the protective gas, allows for minute processing on mild steel and stainless steel sheets of small thickness.
In TIG welding with LIFT arc striking, the tungsten electrode is placed on the surface to be welded and by lifting it slowly to strike the welding arc. The passage of low intensity current allows not to ruin the electrode while the welding machine progressively increases the amperage.

In electrode welding MMAEasyJob 520 LAB can be used with rutile and basic electrodes from 1.6 to 4.0 mm in diameter with excellent ignition properties and a stable arc. It is suitable for welding of mild steel and stainless steel.
