AER Automation, the Spanish Association of Robotics and Automation, is a non-profit association that brings together the main players in the industrial, service and educational automation and robotics market: Manufacturers, Distributors, Engineering, Integrators, Technology Centers, Startups , Universities, Training Centers and End-User Companies.
Its mission is to promote the transformation of the manufacturing sector in Spain through robotics and automation technologies, as well as to establish a strategic agenda to face future challenges. It also aims to provide cross-cutting knowledge to improve business competitiveness and efficiency in all demand sectors. Lastly, guarantee a fluid access of qualified young talent to Industry 4.0, also promoting the requalification of senior talent.
AER is a founding member of the International Federation of Robotics (IFR). It is part of the “Alliance for Dual VET” and has recently joined the “STEAM Alliance. Girls in Science ”promoted by the Ministry of Education. He is also a collaborating partner of “FPEmpresa”.
