Ditalen is a specialized manufacturer of aluminum alloy elements in gravity casting , in which the own casting, heat treatment, machining and surface finishing are directly involved.
We are located in Azuqueca de Henares , Guadalajara (SPAIN) , being at 25 Km from Madrid airport.
We have directly included in our production process, new technologies like robotics and automation, increasing our productivity and competence.
We also have a sophisticated certified system of Quality Management and Inspection, throughout the manufacturing and forwarding process, as well as a high control of the inspection equiptment and production media. Inside our inhouse equiptment, we can list casting simulation programms , spectrometer for chemical composition of alloys, CMM coordinate measuring machine , leak test machine, digital x-rays machine etc.
Our main markets are railway, water pumps, health care, ventilation systems , electromedicine, machinery , energy but with our casting simulators , we can test all shape configurations with diferent alloys.
We deliver elements to diferent countries as Germany, Sweden , United Kingdom, Israel between others, having more than 500 diferent references from 0.1 to 50 kg
