The company Ebro Same was founded in 1968 to manufacture and market metal products and articles derived from wire, iron profiles and stainless steel.
Today, SAME has 8,000 m2 distributed in a fully robotized production plant of 3,000 m2 and a storage area of 5,000 m2 that allows control of the entire production and logistics process.
For the manufacture of all our products we use very high quality raw materials that we combine with automated production methods such as robotic welding and automatic mesh manufacturing. In the area of treatments and final finishes we offer electrolytic zinc plating solutions with chrome passivation and gloss lacquer, as well as solutions in oven-polymerized polyester paint. In stainless steels we work with gloss, satin and matte finishes.
From the beginning, the company has opted for the diversification of products and catalogues in order to access sectors, always linked to our main activity: the manufacture of containers for the ageing of wine and supports for the storage of barrels in the winery. From there, projects have emerged in sectors such as wind energy (wind turbines), food (carts and containers), furniture, traffic safety systems (vertical signage), hardware, metal structures, displays, greenhouses, etc.
In this line of constant innovation and evolution, a new line has been created for straightening, cutting and bending rods up to diameter 12 with variable radius and infinite possibilities for making 3-dimensional parts.
Our TECHNICAL OFFICE has powerful 3D design tools used both in the manufacture of our usual products and in any other product designed to meet the needs of the client.
