These are your tasks in STAHLWILLE's technical service
• Handling technical service tickets
• Adjustment and calibration of torque wrenches and screwdrivers according to ISO 6789:2017
• Management of spare parts stock
• Repair of torque wrenches and screwdrivers, on behalf of the customer.
• The technical service and the warehouse work as a team, supporting each other in daily activity. The functions in the warehouse involve receiving shipments, preparing orders for customers and stocking the warehouse.
What you should bring
• Technical training related to the position
• Experience related to technical tool service
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Independent, careful, team-oriented and results-oriented way of working
• Basic level of English
