ELECTRONIC PULSE: THE MOST GROUNDBREAKING INNOVATION FROM THE JAPANESE FIRM
Estic tools, with their precise servomotor control, achieve limited reaction in tightening operations. This allows fastenings up to 140 Nm without operator reaction, minimizing physical risks. Estic’s patented pulse technology achieves low reaction force. By capturing torque data and controlling tightening force, safe maneuvers with minimal reaction force are possible, reducing operator load and risk to a minimum.
PROGRAMMING
Estic tools are designed with electronic pulse technology, allowing all tightening parameters to be adjusted for any type of fastening while maintaining maximum safety. Once an operator starts a program, the system adjusts within its CPK limits, ensuring consistency and precision.
DATA RECORDING
Estic can be customized to work with almost any existing MES system, thanks to its integrated open protocol or any Fieldbus cards. Its system reports all tightening data to the MES, ensuring complete traceability.
THE ESSENCE OF ELECTRONIC PULSE OPERATION
Although the technology is complex, the operation is simple. The machine performs its tightening operation in a direct and linear manner. When the structure of the piece begins to project resistance force, the mechanism, through a series of sensors storing the preloaded information in the controller, continues the tightening process with small impulses in millisecond intervals, increasing power until reaching the maximum tightening torque. There will always be some reaction force, but it will be reduced by up to 80%, safeguarding the operator’s physical integrity and eliminating the need for mechanical holding elements, saving on integration and maintenance costs.
