Gravotech launches the Mini-inline, a high-security, integrable laser marking solution that protects the operator and the work environment without the need for a special enclosure.
At the Gravotech group, we have developed an innovative solution: the Mini Inline. It is an accessory for the laser head that completely isolates the laser beam from the work environment, converting a Class IV laser to a Class I laser, allowing the operator to work in a maximum safety environment, avoiding costly enclosures.
This accessory adapts to the laser head using an adapter ring. It consists of a cylindrical body made of aluminum, which has air inlets to facilitate a constant air flow around the lens that prevents dirt or dust from depositing on the surface of the lens. Thus, you avoid having to clean the lens for at least 20,000 marking cycles.
This machine guarantees total safety in marking and is certified by the German Insurance and Accident Administration (DGUV) as a Class I laser, without risks to the eyes or skin of the operator and/or his environment.
Mini-inline is designed to fit perfectly into any workspace. Its small size makes it an ideal solution for marking horizontal or vertical integration of industrial parts.
