PPU: the ideal geometry for precision boring

The new geometry is the ideal solution for the semi-finishing of ISO M and ISO S materials and for precision boring in combination with Vortex Bars. The heat-resistant grade guarantees high reliability over time. The very robust geometry generates low cutting forces and is extremely reliable, does not deform machined parts, and reduces vibrations when boring. PPU inserts, combined with Vortex Bars that have been specifically designed for this purpose, avoid generating vibrations even in the case of long overhangs (max 5xD). The optimized combination between grade and geometry can master multiple challenges such as the interrupted cut of thin walls. These new inserts from Nikko Tools range are a universal solution able to satisfy all operational needs, from conventional to the most complex ones.
