Developed thanks to Tecnorobot, our sister company – part of the Bridge 4 Companies group – leader in the production of robotics solutions for cuttig and welding and uffical Fanuc integrator for FANUC systems, ROBOTSAW allows you to transform the production cycle of each company with an integrated solution, compatible with all our automatic saws and interfaceable with multiple machines at the same time, capable of moving, cleaning and palletizing the cut pieces. Once the work program has been set via a simple and intuitive interface, the robot works autonomously: once the cutting is complete, the material is “taken” by a gripper, positioned to clean the excess shavings and then placed in the storage area. A single robot can manage the work cycle on multiple saws at the same time.
A single unit of ROBOSAW could be connected with multiple bandsaws creating an integrated and high efficiency operative area that works fully autonomously. The robot is FANUC model R-2000iC/165F with a capacity of 165kg, arm length 2,655mm with mechanical repeatability +/- 0.05mm (ISO9283) and FANUC Handling Tool software and R30iBPlus Fanuc control panel.
The robot shown in the video is equipped with a gripper necessary for handling steel pipes; the tool can be replaced according to the needs and cutting material used.
