In its current evolution towards industry 4.0, it has implemented a robotic cell equipped with TPS 400i with CMT process for the manufacture of identical parts, and it is renewing its welding equipment with the latest generation iWave Pro.
Cornellà del Terri saw the birth of Viñolas Metall in 1968 by the hand of Josep Viñolas. Since then, the company has provided services to individuals and professionals who need metal constructions. Years later, his son David Viñolas joined, and a process of investing in machinery began with a focus on exporting sales and modernizing projects. They have recently expanded their facilities with a 4000m2 manufacturing warehouse in Banyoles, as well as an 800m2 assembly workshop in Cornellà del Terri, and have obtained ISO 3834-2 certification from the Fronius Welding Academy.
Its main clients are manufacturers of engineering equipment and projects in the wine, water purification, swimming pool accessories, machinery, conveyors, aeronautical tools, nuclear elements sectors and, soon, the railway sector will be incorporated.
