Description

The TiQ 5 Pro, with a build chamber of 500 x 400 x 450 mm, is a 3D manufacturing machine for large components in X-Large format. With its open material platform, the TiQ 5 Pro is so versatile that it is THE “All-in-One solution” within additive production machines. Whether hard or soft material, whether the high-performance polymer requires a heated build chamber or whether the filament requires process drying – the TiQ 5 Pro delivers the solution as standard. However, it is particularly suitable for the economical printing of large components made of fiber-reinforced or high-temperature materials. At innovatiQ we have made a selection for you, e.g. the heat-resistant polycarbonate (PC) certified for railway applications. Or for durable and particularly robust components, our industrial ABS. And if it has to be a flexible component in XL size, then our TPU with Shore 75 to 95.
You prefer to be one of those who want to process their own filament and no one is allowed to know the secret of your components as well as the design specifics? Not a problem. The TiQ 5 Pro is intuitively easy to operate via a CNC control and comes standard with the “Simplify3D” slicer. This means that you have all the decisive factors in your hands and can combine material, printing or geometry techniques as you wish without losing any know-how. And if you do need the advice of our experts, our customer consultants are ready to help on site. High Temperature 3D Printer – Made in Germany
The TiQ 5 Pro has an actively heated process chamber that can be operated at temperatures of up to 155 °C as required. This allows particularly demanding materials to be processed in the 500x400x450mm dimension. E.g. high performance materials like our PC or PEKK. The integrated material drying unit keeps hydrophobic filament in the necessary drying state. Material drying increases process reliability and supports the surface quality of the printed components.
