The backwall system is manufactured with bellows and delivered ready for installation on the machine. Installation times are significantly reduced, since the machine manufacturer no longer needs to assemble the individual bellows, because he assembles a complete system.
To protect the shafts, bellows with stainless steel sheets, the so-called “Samurai” bellows, are used.
All backwall systems and their components are custom-designed for each machine and can reach travel speeds of up to 120 m/min.
