Description

eFlexline – the agile production solution for electric motors
Electric motor products range from 48V generators for on-board electrification to 400V motors for direct and hybrid drives to large 800V motors; this variability creates difficult challenges to implement cost-effective manufacturing processes. There is a wide range of versions and performance classes as well as different sizes, requirements, and shapes. The solution to this problem is the new eFlexline.

We put our decades of experience in developing highly flexible production lines to work, leveraging our expertise in traditional assembly manufacturing and major turn-key projects to design a flexible, scalable, production solution for manufacturing electric motors independently of type: from Stator with hairpin technology to Rotor assembly to fully automatic Final assembly of the electric motor.

We develop eFlexline solutions according to the individual requirements of your production need, without losing our focus on ensuring precise and efficient production. Each module is optimized for the processes and can be flexibly scaled or, alternatively, can be implemented as a stand-alone system. Standardized interfaces are used to handle components of different sizes, while simple automation systems configure production islands to manage the relevant product requirements and wire shapes – no need for additional machines or long conversion times.
