Easy and fast operation of the equipment through a large 5-inch color touch screen. The remote management of the FLEXIMIX equipment in its explosion-proof version allows its operation in explosion-protected environments. All control elements such as material pump pressure adjustment, cleaning pump pressure and spray pressure are located on the front, as is the USB port and high pressure filter, in order to guarantee centralized access to the equipment and therefore easy operation. All parts of the FLEXIMIX 1 and 2 equipment that come into contact with the material are made of stainless steel, so that even water-based coatings can be processed without any problems. Especially for the latest generation of FLEXIMIX equipment, WIWA has developed an innovative mixing unit that also features new metering valves. The dosage of the hardening or fixing agent can be easily adapted to the mixing ratio and the properties of the materials. Thanks to the closed design of the valves and the specification of the non-stick fluid (included), Isocyanates can be processed perfectly, without crystallization problems. The modular design of the dosing unit with minimum gaps between the valves, allows a fast color change with a minimum use of solvent. The new multifunction frame allows optional accessories to be added to the equipment, such as continuous flow heater, feed tanks, sweep pumps or other material pumps. The new WIWA FLEXIMIX equipment can be customized to all application methods, such as Airless, Air-Combi, HVLP and electrostatic, as well as conventional spray processes. WIWA FLEXIMIX equipment can also be supplied as a 3K installation.
