Thanks to their precise servomotor control, Estic tools achieve limited reaction in industrial tightening applications. This allows for fastenings up to 140 Nm without transmitting the reaction to the operator, minimizing the physical risks associated with handling such high torques. In other words, Estic’s patented pulse technology achieves low reaction force. By capturing torque data and controlling the tightening force, it is possible to perform a safe and precise tightening maneuver with minimal reaction force. With this technology, the load and risk to the operator can be reduced to a minimally tolerable level.
