The Serecon KSJ-0.7S extractor is made of high quality sheet metal and is easily manoeuvrable thanks to its 4 heavy duty lockable castor wheels. Ideal for tight spaces thanks to its compact dimensions and weight. Its flexible extraction arm can be easily extended and rotated 360 degrees and its powerful suction hood is easy to position over any work area.
It is ideal for the purification of fumes and dust generated by welding and grinding processes. Fumes and dust are first sucked into the suction hood through a fire resistant net, which intercepts and separates large particles and sparks generated by welding and grinding. The fumes then enter the baffle, which prevents large sparks from entering the main filter directly. And finally, the fumes pass through the third layer of the filter cartridge which optimises the purification of the fumes by more than 99.8%.
The filtration process is high enough to meet indoor emission standards, the filtered air is discharged through the ventilation grille at the bottom of the fume extractor.
The machine has a compressed air inlet valve as well as a removable dust drawer to clean the filter and prolong its life.
