Unique machine concept
The DVT concept created by HESSAPP for trouble-free complete machining in combination with maximum precision of subsequent machining.
The advantages are particularly significant, with high precision between two clamping positions, as the workpiece is transferred clamped to the next clamping plate without losing its position.
Increasingly compressed production surfaces require a compact machine design.
This concept shows its advantages when comparing the space requirements of a DVT machine with two individual interlinked machines and turning station.
The ergonomic design of the machine, with large work area doors and windows, ensures better handling when setting up and preparing the machine.
The elimination of the swiveling station reduces the set-up time for automation.
