JOB 750 LAB is a professional three-phase inverter welding machine with a separate wire puller for welding materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum in MIG/MAG Short and Spray arc mode.
(Kit proposed for water-cooled torches)
The availability of additional processes such as MMA and TIG makes this welding machine a true multifunction tool; ideal for welders who require simplicity in advanced welding.
The digital control SIMPLE WELD guides the operator in choosing the correct welding setting. Once the material, wire diameter and gas are selected, the control suggests the optimal welding param
JOB 750 LAB delivers 500 Amp direct current (DC). The power supply voltage is three-phase 400 Volt.
Job 750 LAB offers 3 welding processes always at hand: MIG/MAG, MMA, and TIG LIFT.
In MIG/MAG mode, Job 750 LAB is perfect for welding on steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and for using wire for brazing and flux cored.
The control panel has multiple welding parameters and functions available to optimize the work, including Hot start, Crater filler, and Root Pass.
The TIG LIFT welding process, using a torch with a tap to control the protective gas, allows for minute processing on mild steel and stainless steel sheets of small thickness.
In TIG welding with LIFT arc striking, the tungsten electrode is placed on the surface to be welded and by lifting it slowly to strike the welding arc. The passage of low intensity current allows not to ruin the electrode while the welding machine progressively increases the amperage.
In electrode welding MMA Job 750 LAB can be used with rutile and basic electrodes from 1.6 to 5.0 mm in diameter with excellent ignition properties and a stable arc. It is suitable for welding of mild steel and stainless steel.
The equipment can be requested as proposed in the Kit Code, or it can be configured by selecting single components.
