Description

TIG AC/DC (HF or LIFT), TIG PULSE (PULSE and EASY PULSE) and MMA inverter welding machine.
Use with different types of materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminium, titanium, copper, nickel, magnesium and their alloys.
Designed to ensure excellent results on every thickness even the thinnest, the PULSE mode (also in the EASY PULSE version) reduces material deformation ensuring high arc stability.
Presence of advanced features: MIX AC-DC for preparation of AC welding of workpieces with considerable weights; THINSPOT for spot welding of very thin sheet metal.
The LCD screen facilitates interaction with the product and simplifies adjustment of multiple parameters of the TIG welding curve depending on processing needs.
You can save and retrieve customised programs.
Electrode welding both in continuous and pulsed mode (MMA Pulse) which ensures excellent results with basic electrodes and in position welding.
Designed for reliability over time, it features a dedicated air tunnel cooling system that protects against dust and dirt.
The solid and robust construction ensures durability even in challenging work environments.
Features:
TIG
operation in pulse and EASY pulse mode; in 2/ 4 times, Bi Level;
10 customisable welding programs;
adjustment of multiple welding curve parameters: pre-heating electrode, initial/final current, spot time, pre/post gas, start/end current ramp, DC/AC balance, square wave frequency;
advanced functions: THINSPOT for spot welding of very thin sheet metal; MIX AC-DC to heat the workpiece to weld and prepare it for AC welding
optimised minimum current start-up (HF/LIFT);
automatic recognition of cooling unit;
