THERMOFLUOR® heat exchangers

THERMOFLUOR® heat exchangers are manufactured with fluorinated plastics of virtually universal chemical resistance with which we produce not only its structure, but also the spiral tubes with their wall thicknesses optimized to maximize the heat exchange ratio of the application.
• Operation by immersion in the bath, with external connection to the cooling or heating fluid.
• Applications in bath heating or cooling for metal processing, pickling, chrome plating, nickel plating, phosphate, chemical processing, gas cooling, etc.
FEATURES:
• Thermal resistance from -190°C up to +260°C.
• Practically inert to corrosion.
• Not aging.
• Working with steam at maximum pressure of 5 bar and 150°C in water or oil, as well as with cold water or other refrigerants.
• Fouling resistance: easy cleaning.
• Speed and turbulence acquired by the fluid in the tube optimizes the heat exchange ratio and prevents sediment formation, plugs, etc.
