Laser tube cutting has transformed the industry. Thanks to this technology, at Lasertek we provide the components to manufacture frames with elements that fit perfectly together, or with folds at angles to save welding and tooling, and not having to review the parts after assembly.
We have an ND:YAG laser technology machine. Thanks to this advance, the laser beam generated is guided by optical fiber to the cutting head of our ADIGE tube cutting machine.
On the other hand, we work with Trumpf technology and that is why we have two TrueLaserTube 5000 cutting centers, one with 2700w of CO2 and another with 2000w of fiber.
We work with all types of metal tubes, of different geometries and shapes (round, rectangular, square and oval). Regarding dimensions, our machines cut stainless and aluminum tubes, and 4 mm brass and copper.
