Transport to the event
At Advanced Manufacturing Madrid we are very aware of the climate emergency we are experiencing. That’s why we are working to reduce the carbon footprint of our event as much as possible, collaborating with the venue, suppliers and exhibitors.
But we can’t do it alone…
The movement of our visitors is the biggest source of carbon emissions at our show.
Help us reduce our carbon footprint
By taking the metro instead of the car, you will reduce your travel emissions by 73%. IFEMA is just a 1-minute walk from the ‘Feria de Madrid’ metro station.
By taking the bus, you will reduce emissions by 35%. You can get to the venue gate by taking buses 122, 73, 112 and 828.
If you decide to take the car, carpool with your colleagues. As well as reducing your carbon footprint by 42%, you’ll save on petrol!
There are also charging points at the door of the venue so that you can come in your electric vehicle without any problem. See all the information. There are also electric charging points inside the IFEMA car park, so that your trip will be zero emissions. Consult the map.
Cycle routes are increasingly present in the city of Madrid. Check the map of the different routes to get to IFEMA.
By public transport
Feria de Madrid can be easily reached from any point in the city. By Metro, on Line 8-Feria de Madrid Station, whose exit leads to the South Entrance of the venue, or by bus, using the following lines:

By train
Renfe is the main railway operator in Spain. Madrid has two main train stations: on the one hand there is the Madrid – Chamartín – Clara Campoamor Station, which is the closest to the fairgrounds. On the other hand, there is the Madrid – Atocha – Almudena Grandes Station, located in the centre of the capital. Both offer a great combination of metro, bus and taxi services.
By car
Feria de Madrid is connected by road to Madrid’s main access and ring roads: M 11 (Exits 5 and 7), M 40 (Exits 5, 6 and 7) and A2 (Exit 7). The South, North and East Entrances of the fairgrounds allow direct access to the different parking areas.
Parking at Feria de Madrid
By plane – Madrid Adolfo Suarez Barajas Airport
Madrid Barajas Airport is located just 10 minutes from the exhibition centre and just 15 kilometres from the city centre, to which it is connected by Metro (Airport Stations T-1, T-2 and T-3). It has become one of the main international airports, with its new T-4 airport station, guaranteeing daily connections from the Feria de Madrid to all cities in Spain and all over the world.
